Job Summary

We are seeking a talented, passionate individual to join our company as a Senior Architect. As part of our team, you develop, design, and implement start-to-finish project roadmaps and high-level strategy. You collaborate closely with client stakeholders and SMEs to develop comprehensive architectural solutions, determining everything from site locations to projected timelines. This is a senior-level position, and our ideal candidate has considerable professional experience in commercial and residential design, including a proven record of leadership and a portfolio of successful projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with client stakeholders and leadership to determine architectural and design needs
2. Oversee teams of architects and designers to produce comprehensive architectural strategy solving for client needs and restrictions
3. Create and present extensive reports to internal and external teams, outlining progress, project needs, and goal markers
4. Ensure all projects adhere to local and federal building codes and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

1. A master’s degree or higher in architecture or a related design discipline (preferred)
2. 10 years of experience as a professional architect, with proven leadership ability and a portfolio of successful projects
3. Expert proficiency with drafting software tools
4. Strong organizational and communication skills
